History, the study of history, and the effects of history is truly a cycle. The past undoubtedly has an effect on how we carry out our present and the decisions we make for our future but our present also effects our interpretations of the past. This contributes to the surfacing of new outcomes of certain historical events. As our thinking becomes more developed and we experience life events we become more capable to understand the past. This is why the study of history is an on going process and is constantly changing. All the major themes that have come to my knowledge during this course all overlap and influence each other.
